Raitha


To serve 4 people:

Ingredients:
• 1 small Cucumber
• 1 large Onion finely chopped
• 1 large Tomato finely chopped
• 500 grams of Curds/Yoghurt
• Salt to taste
• ½ tbp chat masala (optional)
• ¼ tbp red chilli pwd
• Coriander leaves to garnish

Method:
• In a large bowl add all the chopped vegetables and yoghurt.
• Add salt, chat masala and chilli pwd.
• Mix it well and garnish it with coriander leaves.
